Welcome to the potty training blog. I set this up to be able to share even more potty training tips with you quickly and easily. You’ll find some potty training tips and articles on here as well as the occasional general parenting info. I also receive quite a few questions from the readers of my potty training ecourse. Take a moment to sign up for it as well. I will answer some of the more general questions here in addition to the info in the ecourse.

I have a 3 yr old 7 mo boy who was doing great with potty training for about 6 weeks. Lately, he refuses to poop on the potty. He will pee without any problems no matter how many times I ask him to go but as soon as he gets on the potty he says “Mom I don’t want/need to poop”. He has soiled himself several times at daycare and now she has asked me to bring him in pull ups, which I don’t want to do because I am afraid he will regress even further with peeing in the pull up. There hasn’t been any tramatic event at home or at daycare….I think he just doesn’t want to listen to me. Any suggestions?
